Objectives of TNF
Tatter Network Foundation is estabilshed to achieve the following objectives. First of all, it advocates maintainer of diversity of the web in the neutral position between large companies and users, and these specify deatiled objectives to improve the current situation.
- 월드 와이드 웹(WWW) 이 사용자의 손에서 떠나 기업 논리에 의하여 이용되는 것에 대해 경각심을 갖고 견제합니다. WWW이 갖는 자유성과 민주성이 기업에 의하여 훼손되는 것을 막습니다. 웹은 공공재이며, 그 이용에 대한 권리는 개개인 모두에게 귀속되어야 합니다.
- 개인의 저작물에 대한 저작권이 법적으로만 각 개인에게 속하는 것이 아니라, 저작대상물 자체의 물리적 소유권도 함께 갖도록 합니다. 개인이 웹에 창작하여 올린 정보는 기업의 소유가 될 수 없습니다. 기업은 개인이 동의하에 정보를 공여하는 동안에만 그 데이터를 이용할 수 있어야 합니다. 데이터 자체에 대한 소유권이 창작자이며 저작권자인 개인에게 보장되며 원할 경우 개인이 언제든지 이를 삭제하거나 이동할 수 있는 권리를 갖고 누구나 쉽게 권리를 실행할 수 있는 수단이 존재하여야 합니다. 동시에 기업으로의 종속을 넘어 도구에의 종속에도 반대합니다. 모든 데이터가 창조자를 제외한 어떤 도구에도 종속되지 않음을 목표로 합니다.
- 개인이 자신의 주장과 의견을 공정하게 피력할 수 있는 웹을 추구합니다. 웹은 자유로워야 합니다. 그 위에서 개인간에 일어나는 모든 권리와 책임 또한 해당하는 개인에게 귀속되어야 합니다. 법이 아닌 사적 자본에 의하여 통제되지 않는 웹을 추구합니다. 자본에 의하여 발언 기회가 훼손되거나 묻히지 않는 웹을 추구합니다.
- 독과점때문에 사회가 부담해야 하는 댓가를 줄입니다. 모든 개인이 어떠한 영리/비영리 활동을 하고자 할 때, 실제 필요한 비용 이상을 독과점 기업에게 낭비하는 일이 없는 웹을 목표로 합니다.
The Role of TNF
For our objectives, we work on the followings.
- Develop Textcube as a public properity. With Textcube, every individual can insist his opinios without beign subordinated to specific companies or tools.
- Support the people and companies who make use of products of Project Tattertools. Reduce the social cost charged by monopoly. We head for a completely open environment for stability of the networks of our society, media, politics, and economy.
- Do various activities to spread Project Tattertools. Through this, we pursue the change to the environment that all data on the web can be dealt with ultimate portability and compatibility.
- Do social activities to realize these visions, including profit-making and gathering donations.
